Description
All tools can be used with edible mediums including sugar flower paste (SFP) gum paste, fondant, modeling chocolate and marzipan. They can also be used with non-edible modeling mediums: cold porcelain (Modena), Hearty-Artista soft, polymer clay and modeling clay.
Instructions for use and product care: The extra fine, curved handle, mini stainless-steel palette knife from the Sugar Flower Studio can be used to lift or remove work from surfaces, color mixing, painting with, chocolate or royal icing paddling.
