All tools can be used with edible mediums including sugar flower paste (SFP) gum paste, fondant, modeling chocolate and marzipan. They can also be used with non-edible modeling mediums: cold porcelain (Modena), Hearty-Artista soft, polymer clay and modeling clay.
Instructions for use and product care: The fine, curved stainless-steel dresden tool from the Sugar Flower Studio can be used to cup and curl various petal edges, correct central misshaped veins, various flower pistils, berry and bud texture, creating bark-twig surface effects and foliage veins.
