Shipping & Return Policy

If you’re looking to return or exchange your order for whatever reason, we’re here to help! We offer free returns within 30 days of purchase. You can return your product for store credit, a different product, or a refund to the original payment method.

Returns

1. Unopened Items & damaged (whether in manufacturing or in shipping transit) products may be returned for a full refund or store credit within 30 days from the purchase date with a receipt/order number.
2. All items can be exchanged for products of equal value and shipping weight, with the exception of edible items.
3. All items offered under promotional sales discounts and edible items (i.e; handmade cookies or desserts) are non-returnable and final sale and non-returnable/non-exchangeable. This is to ensure food safety.
4. Returned and/or exchanged items must be in original condition and packaging.
5. If your item is damaged, please include a photo of the damage with your request so that we can expedite your return/refund/exchange.

How to Initiate a Return

• Please contact our help team at info@sugarthesis.com or reply to a contact form on our website with your full name, billing address and order number as reference.
• A prepaid return label will be emailed to you using the same contact information.  Please print out the label and affix it to your package and drop off at any UPS shipping service location. Once your tracking is scanned we will process your return with an exchange/refund. In the event that you lose your return label, a copy of it can be found by logging into your online account where your return order receipt can also be found.
• If you request a refund amount on your order, we will process it to the original payment method used on the order only.
• While we process your return/refund immediately after receiving data from the shipping carrier handling our returns, we cannot guarantee the policy in timing that your bank may adhere to.  However, most refunds are reflected within your account immediately, or at most, within 3-5 business days. Store credits can be applied and used immediately following your return transaction with our staff.

Order Processing

• All orders are processed within 72 hours of your purchase confirmation.
• Successfully placed orders will receive an e-mail confirmation with the order details. If you do not receive an e-mail, please check your spam filter or contact us for confirmation.
• If you need any assistance with your order, please contact us immediately at info@sugarthesis.com. We will not be able to make changes to your order after it has shipped.
• Please review and ensure that you have entered the correct address. We are not responsible for non-delivery due to errors in the address that you provide. If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, we will refund the original order (excluding the shipping fee) and ask that you re-submit your order.

Downloadable Products

All digital downloadable products are available for immediate download after purchase is confirmed. You should be able to download your item after receiving an order confirmation from us via email. If you have trouble downloading your item please contact us at info@sugarthesis.com for assistance.

Shipping

We ship both domestically within United States (including Hawaii, Alaska and U.S. territories), and to a select number international destinations via United Parcel Service (UPS). Shipping times and rates depend on your location. The UPS site quotes, but does not guarantee, 1-5 business days for domestic ground delivery. International shipping is longer.

We also offer UPS Next Day Air, 2nd Day Air, and 3 Day Select as an option for our customers.

Specially requested custom orders take 6-8 weeks to create and deliver because they are made-to-order.
