DESCRIPTION- CONCENTRATED EDIBLE COLOUR POWDER (17 Highly concentrated edible colour powders) which can be used in all fondants – cake coverings, whipping cream, macaroons, flower pastes, gum pastes, a variety of doughs, and products which are water-based or classed as water-rich. This product has been specifically developed to be incorporated into -Robert Haynes – Premium White Flower Paste the concentrated colour powder won’t alter the elasticity properties or the consistency of any flower–gum pastes.

Description

(Not suitable for chocolate work, due to the high-fat content) Directions for use: No gloves required – no mess at all. Use sparingly, incorporate a small amount using the tip of a knife, add into previously kneaded fondant, flower/gum pastes. Once desired uniform colour shade is achieved, store the paste in airtight packaging. The colour pigment will enrich and intensify further after 1 hour, for best results leave overnight. Colour spotting is part of the development process, re-knead the paste after 1 hour, once remixed the paste is ready to use with no further colour spotting occurring. If colouring Royal icing, creams, batters etc lightly incorporate the concentrated colour, leave for one hour for the colours to develop, then remix. Packaging: 10ml jars.
